If you're looking to wake up next to the sea on your holiday, Guadalvillas complex might just be for you. The development is only a few steps away from some of Marbella's nicest beaches, where you can find a selection of chiringuitos, bars and restaurants. The area has a homely and welcoming feel, with beautiful pink flowers trailing the complex walls. You are also just a 10 minute walk from San Pedro center, a traditional Spanish area where locals and holiday makers alike go to enjoy a meal out with friends and family. Moreover, Puerto Banus is just a short drive away, where you can visit one of Spain's most impressive harbors and luxury designer shops.
This ground floor 3 bedroom apartment is truly a holiday maker's paradise. The interior has recently been refurbished to a great standard, and offers everything you could want on a holiday in the sun. The apartment is styled beautifully, in a Scandinavian style. Extremely cosy, yet spacious, perfect for couples or families alike. Make the most of the Spanish weather on the terrace where you have both a lounge area and a dining table. Have the boys work the barbeque, while the girls sit around the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine, a perfect holiday dream. The property also features a private rooftop terrace, with sunbeds, ideal for tanning. Both bedrooms are of a great size and each have a modern bathroom with bathtubs. One of the greatest features of this property is the short distance to the pool. Within seconds from the terrace gate, you're hit by the tranquility of the pool and the beautiful urbanisation gardens.
