This attractive Townhouse is situated within close proximity to Laguna Village beach club and commercial centre, with a vast array of delicious restaurants to choose from. Local golf courses are approximately less than 3 kilometres away. This townhouse is also conveniently situated next to the sea (First line beach) as well as the communal swimming pool, perfect for families with children.
Upon entering the property, the first bedroom is on your left, with two single beds and a guest lavatory opposite this bedroom. This leads to a wonderful, stylish, open plan kitchen and spacious living area with a cosy wood burning fireplace leading outside to a terrace with an external dining and sofa area, the perfect spots to enjoy outdoor living, entertaining friends and family with a Mediterranean backdrop.
The property is distributed over two levels. A staircase leads from the living area upstairs to a hallway. To the left, there is a second guest bedroom with two single beds and an adjacent bathroom with both bath and shower.
Continuing to the right is the impressive master bedroom suite. This magnificent master suite has its own terrace, as well as an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings! Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and mesmerising views of the gleaming, silky blue Mediterranean Sea.

We liked the place, great terrace, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, comfortable beds, first line by the sea, a walking path along the coast nearby. Also, it's a great location to visit Gibraltar, Tarifa, Puerto Banus, Puerto see more
