Modern 2 bedroom duplex apartment located by San Pedro beach with 2 terraces to enjoy the sun all day. Walking distance to the beach, 10 minute walk to San Pedro centre.
LAYOUT: direct access in lift from the garage. Entrance hall offers guest toilet to the left, living room with combined dining area for 8 people, access out to the lower terrace. Kitchen to the right and also the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with both bath and walk in shower.
Upstairs you have the guest bedroom with 2 single beds, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with both bath and walk in shower. Access out to the ample top terrace which is fully furnished. Here you also have the opportunity to BBQ while enjoying the views to the mountains, San Pedro and of course the coast.
Community offers gardens and swimming pool.

This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
