Wonderful 5***** Star apartment available for short term holiday rentals. This luxurious south/southeast facing apartment is situated in the wonderful development of El Campanario hills, Estepona. It is a complex consisting of 29 unique apartments which are a 15-20 minute drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella.
The apartment has been built to a high standard with top quality materials and a flawless contemporary design. The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Upon entering the apartment, there is a modern and welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a little breakfast bar area plus a dining table for six.
The combined kitchen and living area has big glass patio doors which enhance the brightness and allows a lot of light into the property.
The comfortable living area leads directly to a huge terrace with a private saltwater plunge pool. This is the best place to enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean climate overlooking the beautifully landscaped, tropical gardens. Sit back, relax and soak up the stunning surroundings. The impressive community swimming pool is easily accessible via a few steps at the edge of the terrace.
Stepping back inside, there is one bedroom to the left of the living area. This bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
To the right of the living area, there is a utility room, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bath. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
This blissful holiday apartment has everything you could wish for. The El Campanario Hills complex has a children's pool, spa, gym, Turkish bath and sauna to use.
You will feel at home in this tropical paradise.
Sleeps 4- 6 people.
The apartment has a garage parking space.

This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
