As you enter the apartment, the first thing you will notice is the view that will take your breath away. Inside, the apartment features an open plan sleek kitchen on the left hand side. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is connected with the stylish living and dining area with TV. Direct access to the world class terrace with lounge area, BBQ and two sun loungers. This is the most idyllic terrace to enjoy the views and relax with a good book. The large glass windows from the living room to terrace means it offers the perfect indoor/outdoor living feeling. Following down the corridor you will find the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second guest bedroom has a double bed. These two rooms share bathroom with shower (separate room for wc). The master bedroom is beautifully presented with en-suite bathroom with bathtub (with amazing views!). All bedrooms have direct access to the impressive terrace.
The property is located in Olivos, Real de La Quinta. The safeguard for peace while providing easy access to the facilities of Real de La Quinta. There is a communal swimming pool for adults and also a children pool. The swimming pool area has their own bathrooms for convenience. A short drive away takes you to restaurants, shops, beaches and golf.
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay.
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
